 The Atlantico 'Banana Boat'!

3⁄4 to one inch slice of Banana, muddled

1.5 oz Atlantico Rum

.5 oz Frangelico

1 oz Coconut Milk or Cream of Coconut

.5 oz Honey

Add ingredients into a Boston shaker. Muddle the slice of banana.  Add ice and shake vigorously. Stain into a rocks glass over ice. Garnish with toasted hazelnut.

If you don't have a Boston shaker, GET ONE!  You can also muddle the banana with the ingredients in a glass with a very, very strong bottom, then pour everything into a sealable plastic container and shake with ice - but the Boston shaker is much sexier!
